• Annual Performance Tune Up and Safety Inspection (PTSI) and cleaning

• 25% off of any repairs not covered

• All work performed by licensed and insured technicians

• Agreement plans are fully transferrable to new homeowner or new home**

*Coverage does not include: Acts of God, preexisting conditions of equipment, loss or damage due to service by another company or individual, power loss, water, out of warranty heat exchangers, out of warranty air conditioning coils, out of warranty compressors, refrigerant, filters unless otherwise stated, neglect of equipment or failure to schedule maintenance, anything other than normal mechanical wear or failure, and/or any other situation not in Harmon Heating & Cooling’s control.

**Full 2-year agreements may not be canceled or refunded. Must be transferred by current owner (agreement holder) and is subject to Harmon Heating’s approval. Equipment must be in good working, safe condition.
